Starting the Simplifeye Integrations Agent

Owners and Administrators have the ability to create new users through the Admin Panel

This is an overview of the 4 roles that Simplifeye assigns to user accounts.

Owners and Administrators may sometimes find it necessary to resend an invitation to a new user they have created.

Owners and Administrators can edit other users.

Additional email addresses will receive all email notifications that you receive to your primary email address.

Additional email addresses will receive all email notifications that are sent to primary email addresses.

Email notifications are sent when your practice receives a new referral.

Owners and Administrators may sometimes find it necessary to reset a user's password.

Deactivating a user will prevent them from logging into the Simplifeye Dashboard. Deactivated users may be reactivated at any time.

Deleted users are recoverable within 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted. We encourage that you Deactivate a user instead.
