Deactivate an Existing User
Deactivate an Existing User

Deactivating a user will prevent them from logging into the Simplifeye Dashboard. Deactivated users may be reactivated at any time.

  1. Within the Simplifeye Dashboard, select “Admin”. 

  2. Select "Manage Users"

  3. Click on the “Deactivate” ⚡ icon next to the user you would like to Deactivate. 

  4. Confirm that you would like to deactivate this user in the popup screen.
