Universal Analytics properties will no longer process data on July 1, 2023. You'll be able to see your Universal Analytics reports for a period of time after July 1, 2023. However, new data will only flow in Google Analytics 4 properties.
Simplifeye will begin sending data to your Google Analytics 4 properties on July 1, 2023. But you can enter your new GA4 Measurement IDs in your Simplifeye Dashboard now in preparation of that.
Connect Simplifeye to Google Analytics
Find and copy your Google Analytics 4 Measurement ID. Click here, if you need help finding this ID.
Log in to dashboard.simplifeye.co
Click on "Admin" in the top right.
Click on the "Google Analytics" tile.
Paste the Measurement ID next to the widget you want to track events for. Remember to do this for the Amplify Chat Widget and the Self-Scheduling Widget if you have both products.
Click Save.
