This is an overview of the 4 roles that Simplifeye assigns to user accounts.

Owner

  1. Can add, edit, and delete other Owners, Administrators, Users, and Observers

  2. Can modify personal notification settings

  3. Can access to referrals assigned to all locations

  4. Can view metrics for all locations

Administrator

  1. Can add, edit, and delete other Administrators, Users, and Observers with the same location access

  2. Can modify personal notification settings

  3. Has access to referrals assigned to locations an Owner has granted to them

  4. Can view metrics for locations an Owner has granted to them

User

  1. Can NOT add, edit, and delete Owners, Administrators, Users, and Observers

  2. Can modify personal notification settings

  3. Can access to referrals assigned to locations an Owner has granted to them

  4. Can NOT view any metrics

Observer

  1. Can NOT add, edit, and delete Owners, Administrators, Users, and Observers

  2. Can NOT modify personal notification settings

  3. Can access to referrals assigned to locations an Owner has granted to them

  4. Can NOT view any metrics
