To issue a complete or partial refund to a patient, please follow these steps:

  1. Search for and select the patient you wish to issue a refund for in the dashboard
  2. Select the “Transaction ID #” that you want to refund.
  3. Select the “Issue Refund” button in the middle of this page
  4. Choose “Full” or “Partial” refund.
  5. Enter a “Reason for Refund” if applicable
  6. Select “Refund Method”. Refunds can only be issue to the card that the patient used to pay for the original transaction. If you are issuing a refund by paper check, you can record that here as well.
  7. Click the blue “Submit Refund” button to complete the refund.
