To issue a complete or partial refund to a patient, please follow these steps:
- Search for and select the patient you wish to issue a refund for in the dashboard
- Select the “Transaction ID #” that you want to refund.
- Select the “Issue Refund” button in the middle of this page
- Choose “Full” or “Partial” refund.
- Enter a “Reason for Refund” if applicable
- Select “Refund Method”. Refunds can only be issue to the card that the patient used to pay for the original transaction. If you are issuing a refund by paper check, you can record that here as well.
- Click the blue “Submit Refund” button to complete the refund.
