To issue a complete or partial refund to a patient, please follow these steps:
Search for and select the patient you wish to issue a refund for in the dashboard
Select the “Transaction ID #” that you want to refund.
Select the “Issue Refund” button in the middle of this page
Choose “Full” or “Partial” refund.
Enter a “Reason for Refund” if applicable
Select “Refund Method”. Refunds can only be issue to the card that the patient used to pay for the original transaction. If you are issuing a refund by paper check, you can record that here as well.
Click the blue “Submit Refund” button to complete the refund.
