To update the active payment method for a patient's payment plan, please follow these steps:

  1. Search for and select the patient that has the payment plan you want to update

  2. Select the “Payment Plans” card on this page

  3. Select the payment plan that you wish to change the payment method for

  4. Select “Change Payment Method” on the right side of the transaction.

  5. Enter new payment information.

  6. Click the blue “Submit” button on the bottom right hand side.

Once a payment method is updated the system will attempt to charge it when the plan's next payment is due. Patients can also update their own payment methods via their Patient Portal.
