- Navigate to “My Profile” in the top right.
- Click on “Reset Password” in the top right.
- Confirm that you would like to reset your password.
- An email has been sent to the email address you have inputted titled “Simplifeye - Password Reset” from help@simplifeye.co.
- Click on the “Reset Password” button in the email.
- Entire your desired password. You are asked to input the password twice for confirmation purposes. Simplifeye encourages that your passwords be at least 8 characters in length, include an uppercase and lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.
- Click “Sign In” to navigate to the Simplifeye Dashboard.
