Reset a User’s Password
Reset a User’s Password

Owners and Administrators may sometimes find it necessary to reset a user's password.

  1. Navigate to “Amplify” and then select “Admin”. 

  2. Click on the “Edit” ⚙ icon next to user you would like to edit. 

  3. Click on “✉ Reset Password” in the top right. 

  4. Confirm that you would like to reset the user’s password. 

  5. An email has been sent to the user’s email address titled “Simplifeye - Password Reset” from help@simplifeye.co that contains instructions on how they can change their password.
