Add a note to a transaction

To add an internal note about a transaction that will be visible to all users at your practice, please follow these steps:

  1. Search for and select the patient you wish to add a note about in the dashboard

  2. Select the “Transaction ID #” that you want to add the note too.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Add Note” on the left side.

  4. Type in your desired note

  5. Click the “Save Note” button. Your user name will appear next to the note that you wrote.
