To contact a patient about a transaction, please follow these steps:
- Search for and select the patient you wish to contact in the dashboard
- Select the “Transaction #” of the patient's transaction on the right hand side
- Select the “Contact Payer” button under “Billing Information”
- Choose “Text”, “Email”, or both.
- Type the message that you want to send
- Click the blue “Send” button to send the message.
Your patient will receive your message, as well as a link to their Patient Portal. Your message will appear as a Note in the Transaction History Section.
