To contact a patient about a transaction, please follow these steps:

  1. Search for and select the patient you wish to contact in the dashboard

  2. Select the “Transaction #” of the patient's transaction on the right hand side

  3. Select the “Contact Payer” button under “Billing Information

  4. Choose “Text”, “Email”, or both.

  5. Type the message that you want to send

  6. Click the blue “Send” button to send the message.

Your patient will receive your message, as well as a link to their Patient Portal. Your message will appear as a Note in the Transaction History Section.
