If you have access to multiple locations within your practice, when you log into your Simplifeye Payments Dashboard for the first time, you will be prompted to select which location you will be processing payments from. This is critical because funds from these transactions will be routed to the bank account associated with this location.
If at any time you need to switch the location you are processing payments from, you can do so by following these steps:
- Click on the Location name in blue on the top right corner of the page.
- Click the drop down menu “Make a selection” to see the options for locations.
- Select the Card Reader that you want to use at that location.
- Click the “Change Location” button at the bottom to see the new location.
