Chats by time: The graph shows the number of chats your practice received by the hour. It only shows 12 hours at a time. Daytime hours are 8 am - 7 pm and nighttime hours are 8 pm - 7 am.
- To view daytime hours, click on the "sun" icon towards the top right of the metrics component.
- To view nighttime hours, click on the "moon" icon towards the top right of the metrics component.
Filter chat data: You can filter the data shown to you by the website the chat started on, the practice location, and by a date range.
- Click on the "FILTER CHAT DATA" button in the top right of the metrics component. This will expand your filtering options.
- Click on "Select Website" to filter by the website.
- Click on "Select Location" to filter by the location.
- Click on the 2 date fields to select a from and to date.
- Click "APPLY" to save your preferences and reload the data.
Hiding the metrics component: You can hide the metrics component when it is not in use.
- Click on "Hide" next to "Chat Progress" in the top left of the metrics component. This will hide the metrics component.
- Click on "Chat Progress" next to "Amplify Dashboard" in the top left of the screen. This will launch the metrics component again.
