Direct Scheduling: Holidays and Closures

Setting holidays and other closures prevents patients from booking appointments on those specific dates.

  1. Log in to dashboard.simplifeye.co

  2. Click on "Admin" in the top right.

  3. Click on the "Practice Closures" tile.

  4. Select the location you want to set holidays and closures for.

  5. There are a list of 10 holidays that you can choose to select. By selecting a holiday, we will not allow patients to book appointments on that day. Click "Save Update" to save your changes.

  6. You can add your own custom holidays by clicking on "Add Closure +".
